A selection of works

Through my years in the kitchen I have learned any skill and cuisines. Some of the primary cuisines and style I avidly know are French, German, Spanish, Italian, New American, Farm to Table, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Korean. I also cook many other cuisines in addition to those core ones listed. My philosophy when it comes to food is that it is important to have a relationship with where it comes from and the quality of the ingredient. I make it a personal practice to source only the best ingredients I can find and produce many long projects myself.
